Bilingual Call Center Agents POST NUMBER: 448204
Location: Miramar
Compensation: $17/hour
Schedule: 9:00am -6:00pm, Off Sunday & Thursday.
Position is fully On-site
Overview:
As a customer service call agent, you'll support outbound calls to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients. You'll serve as the key point of contact between patients and the organization, handling everything from verifying account details and troubleshooting product issues to processing reorders and responding to insurance-related inquiries. You'll also coordinate delivery updates, escalate unresolved concerns when needed, and manage any outstanding service orders. This role requires a high level of ownership, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- 1-2 years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services preferred
- Excel Knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish required
