AP Coordinator POST NUMBER: 449242
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join one of our client's team and ensure smooth financial operations.
IN OFFICE - $50,000 - $60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions with accuracy.
- Review and approve invoices and employee expense reports.
- Execute weekly check runs and vendor payment management.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Prepare and file 1099s in accordance with IRS guidelines.
- Support new system rollouts and provide training to peers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Min. 3 years in accounts payable or related finance role.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 300, SAP Concur, or similar).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, basic macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
