Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Accounting and Finance professional to lead and support critical functions across financial reporting, segment analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting packages

Take ownership of financial statement preparation, including MD&A commentary and key performance metric reporting

Lead or assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with senior leadership

Manage intercompany transactions and oversee segment-level financial reporting

Collaborate with operations and executive teams to deliver data-driven financial insights

Drive the continuous improvement of accounting systems, financial processes, and internal controls

Support audit readiness and act as a liaison with external auditors
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA preferred, but not required)

4–10 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A), ideally within real estate, construction, or capital-intensive industries

Experience with lender reporting, segment-level financials, and capital-driven business models

Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling); familiarity with Yardi, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP/accounting systems is a plus

Proven ability to excel in high-accountability, fast-moving environments

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset
