Job Description
Responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy in a fast-paced product ordering, delivery, and invoicing environment. The role will also be responsible for monitoring the inventory tracking process for large quantity orders placed, which is stored and slow-released from the warehouses across the southeast. Monitoring and measuring strict adherence to defined processes across multiple teams and functions will be a critical part of this role. This role also plays a key role within the accounts receivable team.
- Process focused, with successful experience and a natural acumen towards Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
- Technology proficiency in both industry-specific applications as well as general Office tools. Excel expertise is a must.
- Problem solving skills, using an investigative approach to identify and correct root causes quickly and efficiently.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Speed, combined with the ability to focus and concentrate on detailed work throughout the workday
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of “ownership” and responsibility
- Tenacity in striving for perfection
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of financial concepts
- Prolonged periods of sitting and extended computer screen time
Requirements
BA from an accredited university- Finance or accounting preferred.
3 years of experience within supply chain and accounting
