HR Generalist - Immediate Opening
We are working with a dynamic fintech company helping them find their new HR Generalist. This person will play a key role in stabilizing their HR operations during an exciting transition period.
About This Role
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to step into a critical role supporting payroll, benefits, and HR administrative functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact while working autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll & Benefits Management: Process bi-weekly payroll and administer employee benefits, including 401(k) contributions and health insurance deductions
- Compliance & Documentation: Handle unemployment claims documentation and ensure adherence to HR regulatory requirements
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and provide comprehensive HR administrative support
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless HR operations
- Transition Support: Work closely with key stakeholders to transition performance management software responsibilities
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance requirements and documentation best practices
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and clear communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Paylocity payroll software
- Background collaborating with external HR service providers
