

Payroll Implementation Specialist POST NUMBER: 449545
Role: Payroll Implementation Specialist (Temporary, 3-6 months)
Pay Rate: $65-$75/hr
Location: Midtown, Manhattan (*5 days a week onsite*)
What You'll Do:
- System Evaluation & Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our existing ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and Kronos Payroll setup and plugins.
- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze and determine the root cause of issues surrounding the Kronos Time & Attendance plugin, specifically addressing discrepancies where data is not being captured properly upon entry.
- Solution Identification & Implementation: Develop, propose, and implement effective solutions to resolve identified payroll and time & attendance system issues. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors (ADP, Kronos) as needed.
- Workflow Optimization: Design, document, and implement streamlined workflows and best practices to prevent future occurrences of data capture issues and enhance overall payroll processing efficiency.
- Documentation & Training: Create clear and concise documentation of system configurations, processes, and solutions. Provide training and support to relevant team members on new workflows and system functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of updates and best practices for ADP WFN and Kronos systems, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll setup and administration.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kronos Time & Attendance systems, including plugin functionality and data integration.
- Proven ability to evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot complex payroll system issues, particularly related to data flow and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in identifying root causes of system discrepancies and developing effective, sustainable solutions.
