Title: HR Coordinator (Bilingual – Temp to Hire)
Location: Commerce, CA (Fully Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Commerce, CA, is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to provide strong back-office HR support. This fully onsite role focuses primarily on administrative HR functions rather than direct employee-facing HR work. There is potential to convert to a permanent position.
Fluency in Spanish is required, and prior manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and related employee documentation processes
- Track time and attendance data
- Assist with benefits intake and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Respond to employee inquiries in both English and Spanish as needed
- Create and manage basic HR reports using Excel, including pivot tables
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR support experience, with a focus on administrative/back-office HR functions
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Experience in manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG Pro experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
