You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify end-user pain points, support existing product offerings, and drive continuous enhancements that improve the overall customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help shape digital tools used by some of the most influential political organizations in the country.
Responsibilities:

Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications in collaboration with UX, engineering, sales, and other product managers.
-
Develop precise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and design specs, using AI tools to streamline communication and increase clarity.

Rapidly prototype MVPs using low-code and AI-driven platforms to validate ideas and accelerate time-to-feedback.

Continuously evaluate and test emerging AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Vercel, Lovable) to improve workflows, automate tasks, and inspire creative product solutions.
-
Collect, analyze, and prioritize user feedback—particularly from political clientele—to inform feature development and refine the product roadmap.

Support users through onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing product inquiries, serving as a bridge between technical teams and political users.
-
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to assess product impacts, manage dependencies, and make strategic trade-offs.

Ability to translate product ideas into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams. -
Understanding of UX principles, including wireframing, designing user flows, and conducting A/B testing.
-
Proven experience building intuitive, data-centric products with clean user interfaces.
-
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and hands-on experience using AI tools for documentation, customer support, or product experimentation.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially around prioritization and feature planning.
-
