Base Salary ($50-$55/annually) Competitive Commission

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to significantly expand our presence and client base in the Broward County region.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who thrives on autonomy, has a deep
understanding of the senior living and healthcare landscape, and is eager to build and manage a thriving territory with robust corporate support.
What You'll Do: Drive Growth & Build Relationships
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify, cultivate, and nurture strong relationships with key referral sources including assisted living and independent communities, physicians' offices, hospitals, elder law attorneys, senior centers, and 55 communities.
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue goals.
- Community Engagement: Represent organization at networking events, community meetings, and local senior-focused organizations to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strategic alliances to create enduring referral pipelines.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee the initial client intake process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from referral to service commencement. Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients and referral partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with our corporate team on client onboarding, scheduling logistics, and service coordination to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide essential support for administrative functions related to client accounts, partnering with corporate for billing, payroll, and compliance.
- Intake and review the weekly timesheets for submission to the Corporate Office every Monday morning.
Requirements/Skills:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales, business development, or community relations experience within the senior living, home healthcare, or related healthcare industry.
- Local Network: A strong, established network of contacts within the our organization and senior living community is highly preferred.
- Sales & Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, sales cycle management, and converting leads into successful client relationships.
- Passion for Seniors: A genuine empathy and dedication to improving the lives of older adults.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, autonomous, and comfortable managing a territory independently with excellent time management skills.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM systems and other digital tools for effective territory management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally within Broward County as needed to meet with partners and clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
