Position Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Finance & Accounting organization within the Internal Audit & Advisory Services team. The group partners closely with executive leadership and the Audit Committee to enhance processes, manage risk, and support the achievement of business objectives.
The Senior Internal Auditor will support risk-based audits with a primary focus on a major business division. The role offers exposure to diverse business operations, innovative technologies, and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop audit planning documentation, including process and control flowcharts

Identify and evaluate business risks and related control activities

Design audit procedures to assess control effectiveness

Create and apply data analytics strategies to support audit objectives

Conduct testing, identify control deviations, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

Stay informed about business and industry developments and their impact on risk management

Contribute ideas for process improvements, innovative audit techniques, and enhanced methodologies
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related field

Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience (Master’s = one year; Doctorate = two years)
- 4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or SOX compliance, ideally within a global public company, Big 4 or top 10 accounting firm, or a fast-paced corporate setting

CPA or CIA certification (or actively pursuing)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence leading discussions with senior management

Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech sector a plus

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability

Experience with internal and external audit practices
