FP&A Manager

Overview:
We are partnering with a leading global organization to recruit a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support its North American business operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Help lead the FP&A function for North America, with full P&L visibility
  • Develop, manage, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Conduct revenue and sales analysis to identify key trends and business drivers
  • Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and other key variances to support strategic decision-making
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance
  • Deliver actionable insights through ad hoc financial analysis and executive-ready reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and drive performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by translating financial data into strategic recommendations
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
  • Proven experience in revenue/sales forecasting and analysis
  • Background in large, complex organizations (preferably Fortune 500)
  • Industry experience in FinTech or Technology strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, and large ERP systems highly desirable
  • Highly analytical with a curious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Strong track record of job stability and professional growth
