Vaco is actively seeking a Senior .Net Programmer / Analyst to support our client’s continued growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected organization that is a proven leader in their field.

Position Overview

The Senior .Net Developer will contribute to every layer of software creation from advising on architectural design and system integration to enhancements and application support. This role calls for a strong commitment to SDLC best practices and team collaboration while also offering the opportunity to lead by example and guide development in a dynamic and team-driven Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with developers through all stages of the software lifecycle including planning, coding, integration, versioning, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges, proposing enhancements to improve product performance and maintainability.
  • Champion test-first development principles and help integrate them into a continuous delivery framework.
  • Adhere to and influence the evolution of internal development guidelines and code quality standards.
  • Produce clear, organized documentation for both engineering and support teams to streamline maintenance and knowledge transfer.
  • Coordinate cross-functional developer task forces to tackle advanced engineering challenges and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Apply a solution-focused approach with strong troubleshooting capabilities rooted in scalable architecture.
  • Develop and refine repeatable workflows that enhance the effectiveness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Front-end development, capable of turning UI/UX wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces that perform consistently across platforms.
  • Familiarity with component-driven design, accessibility standards, and modern user interface patterns.


Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET (both Framework and Core)
  • Strong front-end development skills with Angular and/or AngularJS.
  • Prior exposure to cloud platforms and services.
  • Proficient with modern version control systems like Git and TFS.
  • Demonstrated verbal communication, documentation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.

  • Target Total Compensation: $130k - $150k, based on skills and experience
