Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: On-site
Pay: $22–$26/hour bonuses/commissions
Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

Company Overview:
Central Cooling and Heating is preparing for the busy summer season and expanding our team to handle increased inbound customer demand. We're looking for a service-focused CSR who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Role Summary:
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—booking appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Ideal candidates are upbeat, organized, and comfortable using systems like ServiceTitan.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments

Deliver friendly, professional service to build rapport and encourage repeat business

Handle basic customer concerns and follow up on service calls

Maintain accurate customer records in the database

Support outbound calling and customer retention efforts

Collaborate with team to meet service goals and improve call conversions
Requirements:

3 years of customer service experience
-
Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
-
Positive, team-first attitude and ability to multitask

Detail-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction
