Position Title: Controller
Location: On-site West Palm Beach, FL
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 base up to 10% discretionary bonus

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a hands-on and growth-minded Controller to join a thriving and expanding organization in the service industry. This is an on-site role with a clear path for advancement, including future leadership over new dealership locations as they are added.

The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals—particularly around debits and credits—and demonstrate proven experience leading both people and process within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a dealership environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
  • Establish and refine accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support financial decision-making as new dealerships are acquired.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure accurate general ledger activity and financial reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement and improve processes across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly debits and credits.
  • Leadership experience in managing accounting teams and process improvement.
  • Background in the service industry strongly preferred.
  • ERP experience is not required—just strong overall systems and tech savvy; training will be provided.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and desire to grow with the business.
