Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Generalist

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Maintain HRIS records and employee files

Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping reviews

Coordinate benefits administration and open enrollment

Handle employee relations issues and ensure consistent application of company policies

Support performance review and employee development processes

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data analysis

Help plan employee engagement initiatives and events
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

2 years of HR experience preferred

Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar)

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

PHR certification a plus, but not required
