Marketing Programs Manager
Location: Irvine, CA (100% Onsite)

About the Role
A growing, well-established organization in the manufacturing and technology sector is seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to oversee strategic program execution and departmental operations. This is a leadership role responsible for managing high-impact marketing initiatives, supervising a small team, and maintaining efficient internal processes that support brand loyalty, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading others, and can effectively balance both the analytical and administrative sides of marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist — capable of leading programs, analyzing performance, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows — rather than someone solely focused on creative or brand work.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize a portfolio of customer-focused B2B marketing initiatives, including loyalty programs, incentive structures, rebate programs, and partner funding models.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and long-term development of program performance, ensuring alignment with company-wide revenue goals.
  • Evaluate and improve program effectiveness through reporting, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Training, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure cohesive execution across the organization.
  • Lead the launch of new partner and dealer programs as business needs evolve.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of marketing coordinators and logistics personnel (currently four direct reports).
  • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Serve as primary contact for third-party vendors supporting marketing initiatives; oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance.
  • Oversee marketing-related warehouse functions, including promotional item inventory, event materials, and shipment logistics.
  • Own the marketing department’s administrative processes — including budgeting, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and cross-functional communication.
  • Implement and manage digital project management systems and tools to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency across all marketing functions.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar cross-functional leadership role
  • Experience supervising staff and driving results across multiple programs or projects required
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from program performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, CRM systems) preferred
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs, rebate structures, or dealer/distributor marketing models
