About the Opportunity
- Assist in the execution of key investor servicing initiatives
- Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions
- Assist in implementing standardized investor servicing protocols across the firm to provide a high-quality, consistent investor experience
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear and professional fashion
- Manage relationships and liaise with third party service providers and company funds teams related to private wealth activities
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from investors and wealth advisors regarding account maintenance, periodic fund performance updates and requests for investor materials
- 3-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investor servicing, investor relations, client service, accounting, fund operations, fund accounting, fund administration
- CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, or progress towards one of these designations
- Experience working with private funds and/or public securities; knowledge of real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity preferred
- Team player who demonstrates a commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition
- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, global environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle pressure effectively to successfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of work product and adhering to stringent deadlines
- Experience working with third party service providers including administrators, custodians, auditors, and transfer agents is an asset
- Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make effective recommendations and oversee projects through completion
Salary Range
$100,000 - $120,000/year
