Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Business Analyst to support financial planning, operational performance, and strategic initiatives within our organization. This role will serve as a key business partner across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Digital teams, using data insights to drive decision-making, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, industry experience, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful monthly financial reports to the Executive team.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with functional leaders across production, operations, and commercial teams.
- Perform detailed P&L and variance analysis; identify cost drivers, margin trends, and areas for optimization.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to analyze plant performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support revenue planning, customer profitability, and market strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics tools and develop predictive models.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Fabric to support real-time decision-making.
- Utilize technology to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Tell compelling stories with data—translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Apply strategic planning skills to evaluate business opportunities, support investment decisions, and guide leadership discussions.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership with confidence and executive presence.
- Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business strategy, or analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with Microsoft Fabric and SQL is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to tell a story with data—communicating insights in a way that drives understanding and action at all levels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders through clear and compelling presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment in complex, matrixed environments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and strategic, with strong business judgment.
