JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior NetSuite BSA for a 6M C2H opportunity that is 100% remote. The Senior NetSuite BSA will lead the analysis, implementation, and optimization of applications that support core business functions. The Senior NetSuite BSA will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The Senior NetSuite BSA will lead more complex initiatives related to system improvements and business process automation.
- Lead Business Process Analysis / Design – Identifying Areas for Improvement / Strategic Recommendations
- Collaborate with Stakeholders – Gathering / Documenting / Analyzing Complex Business Requirements for New Systems Implementations / Enhancements
- Provide Technical Guidance / Mentorship to Junior Analysts – Ensuring Delivery of High-Quality Solutions
- Drive System Change Testing / Validation – Leading UAT / Ensuring Solutions Meet Business Objectives
- Act as Liaison Between Stakeholders / Technical Teams – Ensuring Clear Communication / Project Goal Alignment, etc.
- Develop / Maintain Details Process Documentation – Business Workflows / Systems Configurations / User Guides, etc.
- Ensure Best Practices are Followed in Requirements Gathering / Analysis / Testing / Deployment Across Teams
- Assist in Training / Supporting End-Users – Ensuring Smooth Adoption of New Systems / Enhancements
About the Project: This Senior NetSuite BSA will be a key driver in transforming enterprise business processes by leading complex initiatives focused on system improvements and business process automation within the NetSuite platform. Embedded within a strategic digital transformation program, the Senior NetSuite BSA will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business challenges and deliver scalable, automated solutions that enhance revenue management and operational efficiency. Leveraging advanced expertise in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management and Monthly Revenue Recognition, the Senior NetSuite BSA will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in revenue reporting and forecasting. The Senior NetSuite BSA will lead requirement gathering and process design sessions, oversee system configuration, and drive rigorous UAT to validate solutions. In addition to strong business analysis skills, the Senior NetSuite BSA must have solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience performing setup and configuration tasks within the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module. Leveraging this expertise, the Senior NetSuite BSA will ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in revenue recognition, reporting, and forecasting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business Systems Analyst (5 years) – Requirements Gathering / Technical Specs within Business Applications / Functional Teams in an Enterprise Envrionment
- Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst (2 years) – Hands-on Setup / Configuration of NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management / Monthly Revenue Recognition (required)
- Work / Saved Search (hands-on) – Create / Manage Saved Searches in NetSuite | Generating Reports / Dashboards / Alerts, etc.
- Consolidating Reporting (hands-on) – Combine / Aggregate Data from Multiple Sources into Unified / Consolidated Report
