

Cash Applications Supervisor POST NUMBER: 451568
Location: Alpharetta, GA
On-Site: (3-4x a week)
We are actively seeking a Cash Application Supervisor for a growing client located in Alpharetta, GA. This person will lead a team of 5 Cash Applications Specialists, assist with the growth of the organization and assist with process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the cash application team
- Oversee complex cash reconciliation and ensure accurate application of customer payments
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to system enhancements and upgrades
- Monitor and report on key metrics, trends, and performance
- Manage and resolve issues related to unclaimed property and escheatment compliance
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding cash application processes
- Support month-end and year-end close activities as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Recent experience 3 years of supervising/managing a Cash Applications/AR team (4-5 employees) – Required
- 8-10 years of recent experience within Cash Applications/AR in a high-volume environment (Required)
- Background working with high transaction volumes and a large customer base (Required)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) - (Required)
- Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems is a plus
