We’re teaming up with a thriving company in the Collierville area to find a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager who can keep customers happy, orders flowing, and sales growing ?.
? What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action):

? Be the go-to guru for customers—chatting by phone and email to keep them in the loop about quotes, orders, deliveries, and all the good stuff.

? Take charge from quote to delivery—prepare quotes, enter orders, and coordinate shipments like a logistics wizard.

? Work with sales and distribution teams to make sure orders are accurate and on time.

? Maximize sales in your territory by introducing customers to products they didn’t even know they needed (but now can’t live without).

? Navigate new opportunities—expand your territory and open the doors to new accounts and product lines.

?? Learn the product landscape so well you could give tours (just kidding—but you will become a pro!).

? Crunch some numbers, analyze reports, and help uncover business goldmines.

? Solve mysteries like pricing issues, shipment mix-ups, and inventory hiccups.
? What We’re Looking For:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales—bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-paced environment.

A communication ninja—both in writing and on the phone.

Excel and Outlook are your old friends, and you’re not afraid of a good spreadsheet.

Organization skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous.
