We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President of eCommerce & Retail to lead the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and online retail channels. This high-impact leadership role will shape our omni-channel strategy, expand our market share with major eCommerce partners, and drive revenue growth across D2C, big box, and specialty retail accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute our eCommerce and D2C growth strategy, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all online platforms.

  • Manage and expand partnerships with top online retailers like Amazon, Wayfair, Build.com, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

  • Lead a high-performing eCommerce and retail sales team to achieve aggressive growth goals.

  • Own P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for all US eCommerce and retail channels.

  • Optimize online sales performance through data-driven decision making, promotions, and pricing strategies.

  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel consumer experience.

  • Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, innovations, and technologies that can drive competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce and omni-channel retail sales.

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct D2C eCommerce leadership, with proven results growing online revenue.

  • Track record managing and expanding major online retail accounts (Amazon, Wayfair, Build.com, etc.).

  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Data-driven leader with advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.

  • Collaborative and inspiring team leader with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Willingness to travel 30–50% and engage hands-on with products and partners.
