We are seeking a high-impact Team Lead to oversee a dynamic team of software developers supporting enterprise-level IT systems across logistics, operations, and finance functions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical innovation and drive results within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions (e.g., logistics, finance, infrastructure) to design and implement scalable solutions.

Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality development output.

Guide architecture decisions and development practices involving MDM, workflow management, data modeling, and cloud-native technologies.

Present technical strategies and project updates to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
-
5 years of IT or software engineering experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Proven leadership experience managing software development teams

Strong track record of leading cross-functional technical initiatives
-
Expertise across business domains such as logistics, infrastructure, financial systems, and back-office operations

Hands-on knowledge of technical architecture including event/message-driven design, MDM, and cloud-native platforms
-
Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and business stakeholders
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
