Payroll Manager POST NUMBER: 452362
This role will oversee, manage, and process weekly payroll for their 200 employees through ADP. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recent ADP experience.

Duties:
- Process full-cycle payroll for all employees using ADP.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, handle deductions, and prepare payroll-related reports.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close related to payroll functions
- 2 years of recent, hands-on ADP payroll experience (required).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional, but content with a heads-down, task-oriented role
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
- Background in accounting or familiarity with accounting processes is a plus

Schedule: On-site, Full-time
Salary: $65k-$75k
