About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing landscaping company in Harbor City that’s seeking a seasoned Operations/Office Manager to help take their business to the next level. With a strong team and a solid reputation for reliability across Southern California, they’re ready to scale—and they need a capable, hands-on operational leader to drive that growth.
This is a fully onsite, full-time role and an excellent opportunity for someone with deep experience in the landscaping industry who understands how to manage both office and field operations. If you’ve worked in landscaping or construction environments and can lead with clarity, structure, and accountability, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Owner’s strategic and operational right hand
- Manage day-to-day operations across office and field teams
- Oversee internal communications, scheduling, and workflow tracking
- Direct customer service and finance team activities
- Provide leadership and accountability to landscaping crews and field supervisors
- Monitor financials, vendor agreements, job costing, and project timelines
- Help implement digital systems and tools to replace paper-based processes
- Proactively manage logistics, problem-solve in real time, and keep operations moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of operations or project management experience in the landscaping industry (strongly preferred) or construction
- Strong leadership presence and ability to align both field and office teams
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience with vendor management, financial reports, and contract oversight
- Familiarity with Aspire or similar operations/project tracking software is a plus
- Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on industry experience is valued
