  • Continuously monitor critical application performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and reliability.
  • Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point, providing advanced support, resolving complex issues, and mentoring colleagues within supply chain IT and operations.
  • Partner with application vendors and internal teams to coordinate software enhancements, patches, and new deployment rollouts.

Required Background:

  • At least five years of hands-on programming experience (e.g., .NET, Java, .SQL, Python) within enterprise solution environments.
  • Solid grasp of key supply chain and warehouse operations—ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution sectors.
  • Minimum two years supporting and customizing Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS, proficient in MOCA scripting/commands, configuration, Page Builder/Jasper reporting, Java, rollout automation, and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as IBM iSeries, SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics, specifically with integration to warehousing.
  • Experience in Agile software delivery and DevOps tools/methodologies.
  • Familiarity with electronic data interchange (EDI), API-driven integrations, and data exchange protocols.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proven SQL/data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., in Excel).
  • Exceptional communicator with demonstrated capability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders and manage multiple project priorities.

Desirable Skills:
  • Prior experience in middleware or integration platforms (such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Prior hands-on projects linking WMS with shipping (ProShip, Nshift) or material handling systems (conveyors, RF devices, printers).
  • Experience with Blue Yonder WMS version 2018 or newer.
