Legal Administrative Assistant
Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL (On-site)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (90 days)

Pay Range: $44,000 - $50,000 annually
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join a small but busy law firm located steps from the beach. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and legal support experience who thrives in a laid-back, yet fast-paced office environment. You’ll be supporting attorneys and paralegals with client intake, scheduling, and document handling, while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and manage client intake

Schedule and coordinate legal consultation appointments

Prepare and print legal documents

Maintain and organize electronic records for paralegal review

Communicate professionally with clients
-
Support estate, probate, IRS-related, and real estate closing matters

Collaborate closely with attorneys and the legal team, especially supporting key staff members

General clerical duties including filing, scanning, and email correspondence
Top Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay laser-focused

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Previous experience in legal administration or clerical support

Real estate closing experience is a strong plus
