Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle daily cash management, bank account maintenance, and financial analysis to support our company’s financial stability and growth. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, support audits, and work on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash position and update banking reports
- Invest excess cash based on short-term and long-term needs
- Set and monitor the daily cash position
- Initiate payments via online banking portals (wires, ACH, etc.)
- Maintain and administer bank accounts (opening, closing, signers, etc.)
- Foster strong relationships with banking partners and assist in transitions
- Support financial audits and month-end closing activities
- Conduct remote check deposits weekly
- Collaborate with IT on system improvements and automation projects
- Utilize cost-benefit and break-even analyses for financial decisions
- Compile and organize large datasets for insights and reporting
- Analyze market and economic trends impacting the company
- Document policies, procedures, and account analysis findings
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in all MS Office products
- Experience with treasury operations, A/P, and account management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills
