Location: Manilla, Philippines
Overview:
To curate content consistently and accurately as a detail oriented, curiosity-driven member of a fast-paced team that analyzes and optimizes the client’s platform based on the client's policy guidelines. The specialist will provide services to our client’s relevant parties. High-quality deliverables are expected.
Our team works across multiple products to analyze and review requests to provide accurate services. Our goal is to respond quickly and professionally to the submissions, as well as to transfer data accurately per our client’s protocol.
This is a vendor role with Highspring for a client’s team. This position is currently remote until further notice.
Responsibilities:
• Objectively review and process requests efficiently
• Respond to external and internal inquiries while adhering to our client’s policies
• Import and export data
• Deliver high-quality extraction consistently and accurately
• Escalate issues when appropriate
• Work cross-functionally with peers
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Minimum Qualifications:
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive and personal information
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting assignments
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent technical and computer skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent bookkeeping skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with content review and/or complying with policy
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Experience in data entry/curation/extraction
Data Transfer Specialist
• Experience with proprietary software
• Execute regional field marketing plans that roll up to marketing/business OKRs.
• Partner closely with our client's marketing team to include their products in events
• Work with our speakers' bureau to research and pitch events in your region
• Identify and run events that support awareness and lead gen goal
Schedule Requirements
• 24/7 team, schedule will be discussed prior to onboarding process

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
