The Senior Accountant will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including revenue analysis, general ledger, and month-end and year-end close processes for multi-facility financial statement
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Calculate producer commission payouts
- Conduct detailed financial and variation analysis and provide recommendations to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability
- Manage and oversee certain processes related to our managed service division.
- Analyze customer and project profitability and trends through bill rates, pay rates and other project costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes and internal controls, driving continuous improvement and mitigating risks
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas of improvement
- Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or variances in a timely manner
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to address any inquiries or findings
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, implementing best practices to optimize financial operations

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or related field
- 3 – 5 years accounting experience required

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
