About the Opportunity
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of the Toronto market and customer expectations is an asset.
Salary Range
$23 to $24 per hour
