

Sr. National Account Sales Manager – Builder Channel POST NUMBER: 457562
Vaco is partnering with a leading consumer products manufacturer to hire a Sr. National Account Sales Manager – Builder Channel. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and executing a multi-year strategy to grow sales within the builder channel, scaling market share, and driving strong partnerships with regional and national builders.
We are looking for a strategic sales leader with experience in the builder channel who thrives on driving revenue growth, developing programs with key decision makers, and bringing creative go-to-market strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year business plan to scale builder channel sales to achieve significant market share growth.

Build strong relationships with regional and national builders while identifying and engaging key decision makers.

Communicate sales strategies, goals, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Create and manage pricing strategies, incentive programs, and customer programs tailored to the builder channel.

Deliver against annual sales and gross margin quotas with a focus on consistent revenue growth.

Provide market and product insights that influence strategies, programs, and new product initiatives.

Partner with marketing to develop customer- and segment-specific sales support materials and programs.

Leverage CRM data to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.

Represent the organization at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and other networking opportunities.

Prepare detailed sales reports, track expenses, and manage budgets effectively.

Travel across the U.S. as needed to engage customers and drive business growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience, ideally with a product manufacturer in the builder channel.

Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies and managing sales quotas.

Strong financial and business acumen with experience developing and managing budgets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, SaaS tools, and vendor portals.

Mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of electricity preferred.

Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
