Our client, located in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Direct Hire Executive Assistant to support their new CEO.

Position Summary
We are seeking a poised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and work closely with the Chief of Staff and broader executive leadership team. This role will play a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring priorities are met, and providing high-level administrative support with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, correspondence, and meeting coordination.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and government officials, while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Manage competing priorities with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.

Plan and coordinate on- and off-site meetings, events, and conferences (logistics, agendas, materials, catering, etc.).

Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; review, prioritize, and respond or delegate as appropriate.

Partner with a team of three other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support across the organization.

Uphold confidentiality and ensure sensitive matters are handled with care.

Represent the organization with professionalism in interactions with high-profile visitors and partners.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Professional presence and ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure.

Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
