We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Legal Assistant to support a team of litigation lawyers. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes and client service.

- Manage legal documents and case files
- Draft and revise correspondence, memos, letters, and legal documents
- Open and update files using IManage software
- Maintain accurate client data
- Conduct corporate registry searches and conflict checks
- Manage lawyers’ calendars, including deadlines and client meetings
- Assist with litigation preparation (procedure books, exhibits, authorities, etc.)
- Enter time and manage expense accounts
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Diploma in Legal Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and advanced skills in word processing, proofreading, and editing
- Ability to follow up on files and deadlines with minimal supervision
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) adjoint(e) juridique motivé(e) et dynamique pour soutenir une équipe d’avocats spécialisés en litige. Ce rôle est essentiel au bon déroulement des opérations juridiques et à la qualité du service client.

- Soutien aux avocats dans la préparation des dossiers de litige (cahiers de procédures, pièces, autorités, etc.)
- Saisie des heures et gestion des notes de frais
- Toute autre tâche connexe pouvant être assignée
- Diplôme en techniques juridiques, secrétariat juridique ou équivalent
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en tant qu’adjoint(e) juridique en litige
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Très bonnes compétences en organisation et gestion du temps
- Grand souci du détail et excellentes aptitudes en traitement de texte, révision et correction
- Capacité à assurer le suivi des dossiers et des échéances avec un minimum de supervision
