Human Resources Generalist
Full-Time | Onsite | Reports to CFO
Vaco Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Generalist (7–10 years’ experience) to serve as the go-to HR resource for a bank with branches in SE Georgia and NE Florida. This is a stand-alone role — hands-on and highly visible — supporting payroll, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations while partnering with leadership on HR best practices.
This is an in-office role and will pay $65-85k based on experience.
What You’ll Do

Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation

Maintain employee records, policies, and compliance with regulations
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions and employee support
- Manage payroll manually and through ProLiant HRIS

Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment

Provide HR reporting and recommend process improvements
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)

7–10 years of progressive HR experience

Proficiency in ProLiant or similar HRIS/payroll systems

Strong knowledge of payroll and employment law

Excellent people skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
