

IT Contract Administrator POST NUMBER: 457776
Location: Hybrid – Montreal, Quebec
Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (Initial 3–6-month contract)
Overview:
We are hiring two Contract Administrators to support one of our major enterprise clients. These roles will be instrumental in maintaining continuity and ensuring effective contract oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management:
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts, including high-value and complex agreements with strategic IT suppliers. Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies and legal standards. - Risk & Dispute Management:
Monitor compliance with contractual terms, manage amendments, and identify potential risks or disputes through detailed contract analysis. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with legal, finance, compliance, business unit leaders, and IT service managers to align contract strategies with organizational goals. - Reporting & Analytics:
Develop reporting tools to track supplier performance, contract compliance, and value delivery. Support KPI reporting and contract status updates. - Process Improvement:
Evaluate current documentation and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Promote continuous improvement within the vendor management office.
- Proven experience negotiating and managing enterprise-level contracts with large vendors
- Strong understanding of supplier performance management and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Project management experience, especially in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a relevant discipline
- Experience in IT vendor management is preferred
- Prior experience working in a large corporate environment or supporting enterprise-scale procurement and contract processes is strongly preferred
