Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 base commission/bonus opportunities (DOE)

About the Role
We are seeking energetic and ambitious Event Sales Specialists to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a vital role in shaping client experiences—introducing them to our venues, showcasing services, and guiding them toward unforgettable events.

What You’ll Do

Deliver warm, professional, and engaging client interactions via phone, email, and in-person tours.

Manage a high volume of leads with accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.

Conduct compelling venue tours that highlight unique features and set offerings apart from competitors.

Educate clients on venues, services, competitors, and the event industry landscape.

Anticipate and overcome client objections with solution-oriented approaches.

Collaborate with teammates while maintaining ownership of individual sales performance.

Commit to ongoing growth, sharpening sales skills, and adapting to a dynamic market.
Qualifications

2–4 years of sales experience (hospitality industry experience strongly preferred).

Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Outgoing, personable, and energetic personality with a client-first mindset.

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Google Suite; CRM experience (HubSpot a plus).

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.

Flexible availability, including some nights and weekends, to support client events.
