Job Title: Sales & Leasing Coordinator
Location: Birmingham, AL
Employment Type: Full-Time onsite
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

We are working with a dynamic and growing company located in the heart of downtown Birmingham. Their team is dedicated to providing excellent service, building strong client relationships, and supporting a vibrant community. We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Sales & Leasing Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in supporting our sales and leasing operations.
 
Position Overview:
The Sales & Leasing Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective clients, support leasing activities, and ensure smooth coordination between the sales and administrative teams. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist prospective and current clients, and visitors.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Assist the sales and leasing team with preparing leases, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate events and maintain updated marketing materials.
  • Track leads, applications, and lease renewals in the company’s system.
  • Support marketing efforts including social media posts, event planning, and community outreach.
  • Maintain office organization and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales support, or administrative coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
