Role: Senior Financial Data Analyst
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 with a 5-10 % Bonus
PERM
Preferred 3 days a week onsite but potentially open to remote based on the market
Location: Bronx, NYC

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to drive data integrity, reporting efficiency, and strategic insight across a dynamic, multi-location organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable intelligence and is passionate about improving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Data Consolidation & Reporting:
Compile, centralize, and maintain financial and operational data across 10–15 venues or business units.
Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards for various departments and stakeholders. -
Analytics & Modeling:
Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers. -
System Integration & Optimization:
Work with multiple systems (ERP, POS, and other data sources) to streamline data flow and ensure consistency.
Leverage Acumatica ERP (or similar systems) to enhance financial visibility and accuracy. -
Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Partner with department heads to align financial insights with operational objectives. -
Strategic Support:
Deliver clear, data-driven insights that support business growth, cost management, and profitability improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise, visually compelling manner.
Qualifications

Experience: 4–8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Data Analytics, or Financial Reporting roles.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools).

Strong understanding of financial modeling, data manipulation, and systems integration.

Experience working with Acumatica, NetSuite, or other ERP systems preferred.

Industry Experience: Background in hospitality, food service, or multi-location operations a plus.
