JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Title: Sr. NetSuite Administrator 

Dept.: Enterprise Systems / IT 

Reports to: Director of Enterprise Systems 

Location: San Antonio, TX — On-site (no remote). Candidates must be currently located in San Antonio or willing to relocate.

Summary  XPEL is seeking a Sr. NetSuite Administrator to support and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment as the business grows globally. This role is responsible for administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of NetSuite, partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions. The Sr. NetSuite Administrator serves as an escalation point for complex support issues, helps govern change management to ensure enhancements do not negatively impact operations, and maintains strong security and access controls. 

Core Duties: 

Responsible for implementing, analyzing, and continuously improving the NetSuite ERP system to support evolving business processes and growth. 

Administer NetSuite configuration including roles/permissions, forms, fields, workflows, custom records, approvals, and reporting structures; ensure best practices and maintainability. 

Own NetSuite security and access control, including role design and permissioning; support periodic reviews and audit readiness. 

Provide tier-2/tier-3 support and troubleshooting for complex issues; identify root causes, document resolutions, and help prevent recurrence. 

Manage changes across the lifecycle (intake ? design ? build/config ? testing ? release), ensuring changes do not negatively impact business operations. 

Administer and document user acceptance testing (UAT) working with end users; coordinate release readiness and post-release validation. 

Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making. 

Support data management activities (imports, cleanup, governance standards) to maintain data accuracy and integrity. 

Partner with developers and technical specialists on matters of design, testing, debugging, access, integration, and related activities. 

Create and deliver user documentation and training materials; provide ongoing system support following implementations and enhancements. 

Triage enterprise service tickets and coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution and clear communications. 

Qualifications: 

5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (configuration, security, and cross-functional support). 

Demonstrated ability to map business processes to ERP functionality and recommend improvements. 

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and data integrity. 

Experience planning/supporting UAT, producing training/documentation, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. 

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation / Administrator) or equivalent experience. 

Experience with SuiteFlow / SuiteAnalytics and familiarity with SuiteScript and integration patterns (REST/SOAP/iPaaS). 

Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, or global ERP operations.
