THIS ROLE IS NOT OPEN TO C2C, THIRD PARTIES, or VISA SPONSORSHIP

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on technical leader to own the strategy, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our client’s third-party enterprise applications. As the Enterprise Applications Director, you will partner closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and software vendors to design, deliver, and maintain integrated enterprise systems that support our national facility maintenance operations.
This role is ideal for a leader who blends strong technical depth with business acumen, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about using modern, cloud-based technology to drive operational excellence.
This role is hybrid and would require the individual to reside in the Philadelphia area or to be remote but travel to Philadelphia monthly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise application roadmap, including strategy, configuration, and systems integration for third-party platforms such as work order management, CRM, ERP, and workflow solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable software and integration requirements.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by adopting cloud-first, mobile-first, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Champion a modern application architecture that enables real-time data flow through APIs, workflows, and cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Partner closely with business leaders who co-own the processes supported and automated by enterprise applications.
  • Oversee the rollout and implementation of software solutions, defining and tracking OKRs related to adoption, uptime, performance, and cost-to-serve improvements.
  • Collaborate with our client’s engineers to customize, extend, and integrate solutions within the broader technology stack.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for software vendors, including understanding product roadmaps, coordinating with vendor engineering teams, and managing escalations.
  • Lead quality assurance, release management, and change management activities for application updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure enterprise solutions meet standards for cybersecurity, resiliency, scalability, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and solution architects, with accountability for performance, delivery, and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and enabling teams to “flow to the work” in a dynamic environment.

What Sets You Apart
  • 5–7 years of experience working in technology, with at least 2 years leading technical projects or programs for enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience implementing, configuring, or supporting work order management systems, field service platforms, CRM, and/or ERP solutions.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the technical expertise to directly contribute to solution design and problem-solving when needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift based on evolving business needs.
  • Strong curiosity and desire to deeply understand business operations in order to act as a true strategic partner.
  • Experience supporting facilities services, B2B service organizations, or multi-location operations is preferred, but not required.
