JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking an Ivanti ITSM System Administrator for a 12M Contract opportunity that is located in Lewisville, TX (onsite 3-4 days per week). The Ivanti ITSM System Administrator will configure, maintain, and support the Ivanti ITSM platform to ensure that our teammates are able to perform their operational and other functions.
- Ivanti Platform Administration – Configure / Maintain the Ivanti Platform (ITSM / ITAM Modules / Neurons / Objects / Forms / Fields / Environments / Upgrades / Patches)
- ITIL Process Enablement – Implement / Manage ITIL-Based Processes in Ivanti (Incident Management / Problem Management / Change Management / Service Request Management / Asset Management)
- System Integration – Support Integration of Ivanti with other IT Systems / Tools to Streamline Workflows / Improve Service Delivery
- Security / Access Management – Define / Manage Ivanti Security Configuration (User Access / Roles / Permissions / Decisioning)
- Workflow Automation – Create / Manage Automated Workflows to Eliminate Manual Processes / Improve Operational Efficiency
- Reporting / Analytics – Develop / Generate Reports Providing Insight into Operational Ivanti Data to Support Decision-Making
- Data Enablement – Assist in Delivering Ivanti Data to Non-Ivanti Assets (Data Warehouses / Other Applications / etc.) to Support Enterprise Reporting / Analytics
- Cross-Functional Delivery – Collaborate with IT Teams / Business Stakeholders to Coordinate / Plan / Design / Build / Test / Deliver / Support Ivanti-Integrated Solutions
- Documentation / Governance – Create / Maintain Comprehensive Documentation Including Ivanti Charter / Objectives / Strategies / Requirements / Configurations / Designs / SOPs / Roadmaps
- End-User Support – Provide Technical Support to End-Users / Resolve Ivanti-Related Issues While Minimizing Business Disruption
- Training / Enablement – Provide Training and Guidance to IT Teammates / End-Users on Ivanti SOPs and Platform Usage
- Continuous Improvement – Identify Process Improvement / System Enhancement Opportunities / Recommend Optimizations to Maximize Ivanti Platform Value
- Vendor Management – Manage Relationships with Ivanti / Ivanti Partners
