Job Description:
As an Accountant, you will be instrumental in:
- Producing internal monthly financial statements;
- Preparing end-of-month files;
- Analyzing and explaining variances between actual results, budget, and forecasts;
- Participating in and supporting the end-of-period and year-end processes;
- Providing information during tax audits;
- Managing CAPEX and fixed assets.
This role reports directly to the Director of Accounting and is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA, or CGA);
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience with full accounting cycle;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of Yardi software is an asset;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential

Description du poste : En tant que Comptable, vous serez essentiel dans :
- La production des états financiers mensuels internes ;
- La préparation des dossiers de fin de mois ;
- L'analyse et l'explication des écarts entre les résultats réels, le budget et les prévisions ;
- La participation et le soutien aux processus de fin de période et de fin d'année ;
- La fourniture d'informations lors des audits fiscaux ;
- La gestion du CAPEX et des immobilisations.
Ce rôle relève directement du Directeur de la comptabilité et est crucial pour garantir l'exactitude et l'intégrité des données financières de l'entreprise.
Exigences :
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité ;
- Titre professionnel de comptable (CA, CPA, CMA ou CGA) ;
- Au minimum 3-5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, incluant la gestion du cycle comptable complet ;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et Excel ;
- La connaissance du logiciel Yardi est un atout ;
