JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking an IT Procurement Leader / Vendor Management for a 4M C2H opportunity that is located in Milwaukee, WI (hybrid onsite 2-3 days weekly). The IT Procurement Leader / Vendor Management will provide overall direction and coordination of financial controls, purchasing, and project sponsorship management of IT business functions within the scope of the responsibility of the CISO. The IT Procurement Leader / Vendor Management will provide oversight for the IS capital and operating expense budget, procurement, contractual management process and controls, and the development and enforcement of hardware standards. The IT Procurement Leader / Vendor Management will primarily focus on the development and execution of comprehensive technology acquisition process, including managing all functions related to planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise licensing and contracts. The IT Procurement Leader / Vendor Management will provide for cost-to-value analysis to identify, track, monitor, and report on key operational, financial and strategic measures that demonstrate that the performance is consistent and provides for a value-add service to the organization.

- IT Procurement Leader / Contract Management (5 years) – IT Procurement / Vendor Management / Strategic Sourcing | Managing Enterprise Software Licensing / Hardware Procurement / Large-Scale IT Contracts in Complex and/or Regulated Environments
- Financial Ownership – Owning / Managing Multi-Million Dollar IT Operating / Capital Budgets
- Technology Procurement / RFx – Leading End-to-End Technology Acquisition Processes (RFx Development / Vendor Evaluation / Selection / Negotiation / Contract Management)
- Vendor Management / Licensing (deep knowledge) – Applying IT Vendor Management Best Practices | Software Asset Management (SAM) / Enterprise Licensing Models (Microsoft / Oracle / VMware / SaaS / Hardware Standards Governance)
