POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Engineer to support the development of AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows within a growing enterprise technology environment. This role will focus on building and enhancing AI-driven tools that integrate with internal systems and business processes while helping improve operational efficiency and user experience.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with both technical and business teams to design practical AI solutions, optimize workflows, and support broader adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI & Automation Development
- Develop and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
- Implement functionality such as task execution, tool integration, and structured outputs.
- Design and refine prompt strategies to improve response quality and reliability.
Integration & Backend Support
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and internal platforms.
- Develop backend services and supporting components for AI-enabled applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources to support intelligent workflows.
Workflow Optimization & Evaluation
- Improve AI workflow performance through testing, iteration, and prompt optimization.
- Evaluate outputs using defined quality and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements for stability and usability.
Performance & Cost Management
- Help optimize API utilization, token consumption, and system efficiency.
- Support scalable and cost-conscious AI solution design.
- Monitor application performance and usage trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with modern LLM platforms and AI tooling.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience with SQL and data integration concepts.
- Exposure to workflow orchestration and automation frameworks.
Professional Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or automation development.
- Experience building AI-enabled tools, integrations, or workflow automation solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
