- Lead the development and execution of HR data analytics and systems strategies to support the organization's human resources objectives and initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant data sets.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and insights within HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention, and workforce demographics.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR data governance, data quality, and data management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Directly manage HRIS Consultants and Contractors.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR data analytics and data visualization.
- Completes other special projects and tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in HR data analytics, HRIS management, or a related role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Previous manager experience helpful, but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Certification in PowerBI is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data findings and insights to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and experience working with large-scale HR data sets is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
