About the Client:
My client is a leading player in the food production industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. As a Corporate Accountant reporting to the Corporate Accounting Director, you will oversee a team of analysts and technicians while managing financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize financial statements while managing the General Ledger closing process.
- Lead pre-closing activities and contribute to the monthly financial reporting close.
- Gather, import, and organize internal data for financial reporting.
- Perform accounting transactions related to fixed assets and leases.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
- Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, bilingual in English and French.
- Preferred qualifications include CPA designation, knowledge of SAP, and experience with consolidation and financial analysis tools.
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and self-motivation.

Qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (avec une concentration en comptabilité ou en finances).
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, une forte connaissance des normes et principes comptables,
- Une maîtrise avancée d'Excel, bilingue (anglais et français).
- Les qualifications préférées incluent un titre de CPA, la connaissance de SAP, et une expérience avec des outils de consolidation et d’analyse financière.
- De solides capacités de leadership, un souci du détail, une pensée analytique, de l’autonomie, de l’adaptabilité et une volonté d’adopter le changement.
