Our Client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Litigation Legal Assistant to support their growing litigation team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings and case management. You'll have the opportunity to work with seasoned litigators, gaining exposure to complex litigation matters across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage case files, organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of materials for trial
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to ensure timely responses
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department
- Proficient in legal document management and filing procedures (both electronic and physical)
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

Notre client recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Juridique en Litige minutieux(se) et proactif(ve) pour soutenir leur équipe de litige en pleine croissance. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez un soutien administratif et clérical de haut niveau, garantissant le bon déroulement des procédures juridiques et de la gestion des dossiers. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler aux côtés d'avocats expérimentés et de participer à des affaires complexes touchant divers secteurs. Principales Responsabilités :
- Préparer, formater et déposer des documents juridiques tels que des plaidoiries, des requêtes et des mémoires
- Gérer les dossiers, organiser et maintenir des registres électroniques et physiques
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques et assister à la préparation des matériaux pour les procès
- Communiquer avec les clients, les tribunaux et les avocats adverses pour assurer des réponses en temps voulu
- Suivre les délais des dossiers et veiller au respect des procédures juridiques
