About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Pay Master with expertise in multi-province payroll. In this role, you will oversee complex payroll functions across various regions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. As a key member of the payroll team, you will collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to drive payroll efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage payroll processing across multiple provinces, adhering to company standards and regional regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculations, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure strict compliance with provincial and federal tax laws.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and operations to resolve payroll-related inquiries and streamline processes.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports and support internal audits as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience with a focus on multi-province payroll.
  • CPP or any recognized payroll certification is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll software, payroll laws, and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Bilingual (English and French) proficiency required.

Dans ce rôle, vous superviserez des fonctions complexes de paie dans plusieurs régions, en assurant des opérations fluides et conformes. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de paie, vous collaborerez avec les équipes des RH, de la finance et des opérations pour améliorer l’efficacité, la précision et la conformité réglementaire de la paie. Responsabilités principales :
  • Diriger et gérer le traitement de la paie dans plusieurs provinces, en respectant les normes de l'entreprise et les réglementations régionales.
  • Assurer des calculs de paie précis et en temps opportun, y compris les heures supplémentaires, les primes, les déductions et les ajustements.
  • Maintenir les dossiers de paie et garantir une stricte conformité aux lois fiscales provinciales et fédérales.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des RH, de la finance et des opérations pour résoudre les questions liées à la paie et rationaliser les processus.
  • Préparer des rapports de paie détaillés et soutenir les audits internes au besoin.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en paie, avec une spécialisation en paie multi-province.
  • Certification en paie reconnue (CPP ou équivalent) requise.
  • Connaissance approfondie des logiciels de paie, des lois sur la paie, et de la suite MS Office, particulièrement Excel.
  • Excellente attention aux détails, compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer des informations confidentielles de manière responsable.
  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis.
