About the Opportunity
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to align with corporate goals.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management: Oversee cost-control initiatives and contribute to efficiency improvements in operations.
- Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements, ensuring the company meets its obligations.
- Tax Strategy & Compliance: Partnering with KPMG to develop and manage tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Treasury Management: Oversee treasury functions, including managing cash balances, to achieve working capital targets.
- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, currency, and operational risks, to protect the company’s financial position.
- Key Liaison with Group Office in Ireland: Serve as the main point of contact for finance-related queries and reporting requirements with the group office in Ireland, ensuring alignment with group-wide financial strategies and compliance.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, direction, and development opportunities.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to provide financial insights that drive operational performance.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support the CFO in evaluating strategic initiatives.
- Financial Systems: Optimize and oversee the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
About You
- CPA designation
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or similar industries is preferred
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- PowerBI considered an asset
Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000/year
